Abstract

Space launch facilities and equipment (SLFE) are the keys to ensuring the success of launch missions at space launch sites. SLFE of China's launch towers is complex, covers a wide range of technical fields, and has a long service cycle. When launching a launch vehicle, it will be destroyed or damaged in different degrees by launch vibration, high temperature, tail flame impingement, etc. In high-frequent launch missions, the higher requirements of repairing SLFE are put forward for the quality of post-launch repair, the professional urgent repair strength, and repair time. In addition, the natural environment of China's launch sites is relatively harsh on high temperatures, wind and sand, thunder and lightning impact, and typhoon. If a sudden failure of SLFE occurs during the mission, the mission will be interrupted or failed. We have implemented an intelligent technology system for space launch urgent repair (SL UR) to cope with this situation and challenge. This system provides a global view of intelligent technology systems on SLUR from three dimensions: urgent repair task, intelligent system support, and urgent repair intelligent technology. The formal description of the system structure and mutual relations in the paper supports the construction of urgent repair strength and intelligent SLFE development. This paper also summarizes the development direction for the research on intelligent construction of SLUR. These studies are beneficial to improving the quality of post-launch repair, shortening the repair period, minimizing the impact of damage and fault repair on SLFE during a mission, improving the launch efficiency of the launch site, and ensuring the success of the launch mission.
