Abstract
The implementation of e-learning initiatives in the academic and training institutions has been increasing from the last few years. E-learning is becoming popular among online students or distance learning students who are unable to attend the face-to-face class. E-learning concept has been implemented by academic institutions in Jordan universities such as Hashemite University in order to support their distance teaching-learning activities as well. This study attempted to identify factors contributing to e-learning success at a university setting. Hence, the current study aims to identify the critical factors of e-learning success. We have also investigated the level of acceptance of e-learning services among staff and students.
