Abstract

This article describes a method for process control proportional solenoid to control their production process. To improve the quality of products is necessary to develop a method and apparatus of the active process control proportional solenoids to obtain reliable information about the parameters of the process and effectively manage their production. The algorithm consists of four steps: measuring the dynamic characteristics of the magnetization of the test the electromagnet, the use of principal component analysis to reduce the dimension of the analyzed information, the classification of products in the conditioning and sub-standard, the definition of the numerical values of the manufacturing process variations using a calibration method. This approach allows us to determine the type and degree of impairment of the mode of the process that will lead to effective management of the process of production of proportional solenoids.
