Abstract
The present study aimed to explore the predictors of Techno-Pedagogical Competence among teacher of senior secondary schools. As the nature of research was descriptive so survey method was applied by the investigator to gather the pertinent data. In this study the data was gathered from 100 teachers of senior secondary schools both from government and private schools using stratifed random sampling technique. In this study, Teachers Techno-Pedagogical Competence scale by S. Rajashekar and K. Sathiyaraj (2013), was used for collecting the data. The application of statistical techniques such as percentage, mean, t-test, standard deviation helped to analyse the data. The research fndings indicated that there is no signifcant difference in male and female senior secondary school teachers with respect to their techno-pedagogical competence but on the other hand Government and Private senior secondary school teachers differ signifcantly from each other with respect to their techno-pedagogical competence. Private senior secondary school teachers possess more techno-pedagogical competence as compared to government senior secondary school teachers
