Abstract
Trachelectomy can be expected to become a more commonly performed procedure following increased rates of laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy in patients with persistent pelvic pain or cyclic bleeding. Trachelectomy can often be a challenging procedure and can be accomplished successfully from the robotic approach. This video illustrates a step by step approach to robotic trachelectomy and reviews surgical technique and instrumentation.
