Abstract
Bicortical fixation of medial malleolus fractures provides increased interfragmentary compression and resistance to pull out. Achieving bicortical fixation with two 3.5 mm screws can be challenging especially with smaller fractures. We present a simple technique where two 2.7 mm screws are utilized for fixation of medial malleolus fractures. Level of Evidence: Level V—expert opinion.
