Abstract

Kenyon College and Denison University are combining technical services departments to enable the libraries to capitalize on the expertise available across staffs and achieve an efficiency of scale not typically possible in a single, small library. This process is in the early stages of implementation. Here the authors describe the process of planning for and beginning implementation of the redesign.
