Abstract
In this paper, aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR), high conductivity aluminum conductor steel reinforced, heat-resisting aluminum alloy conductor steel reinforced, and all aluminum alloy conductor are compared and analyzed in detail from the electrical characteristics, mechanical characteristics, and annual cost. Finally, combined with factors such as production process and construction technology, the transmission line conductor that is most suitable for a 15mm medium ice area is recommended. It provides a reference for the selection of transmission lines in future design.
