TECHNICAL REGULATION TOOLS APPLICATION IN INDUSTRIAL SAFETY

Abstract

Background The definition of technical industrial regulation is one of the most important definitions. The area of its influence is such that sometimes it is not possible to regulate those processes which are appeared in interaction with other spheres. For this purpose there are some special tools for regulation. The cooperation of different types of spheres becomes much easier with those tools. Speaking about industrial safety, it should be noted that this area overlap with the area of technical regulation. Aims and Objectives This article discusses the process of interaction between technical regulation and industrial safety, takes into account all the contradictions and the possibility of eliminating these contradictions. Methods The analysis of the process being investigated is carried out by studying the legal norms of the legislation and comparing the main provisions concerning the considered areas of regulation. Results As a result, in this work, the tools of technical regulation, their legal basis, which is directly the root cause of the interaction of technical regulation and industrial safety, were examined and studied. Despite the fact that there is a conditional discrepancy in the regulatory frameworks, there is a constant interweaving and copying of conditions to the same objects of regulation in the regulatory legal documentation. According to the results of this study, the authors concluded that for the successful interaction of the areas under consideration a number of amendments should be made that will be aimed at changing the norms of industrial safety. It can also be argued that for successful joint work of technical regulation and industrial safety it is necessary to learn how to accurately apply technical regulation tools, namely, to pay particular attention to the development of technical regulations that will satisfy both areas. And only by eliminating these differences, the desired result can be achieved.
