Abstract
The Official Disability Guidelines (ODG) Medical Treatment Guidelines is a utilization review guideline used in the field of workers' compensation. This report describes the quality of the methods used to develop ODG as well as the guideline's acceptability to expert clinicians. Despite limitations to development methods, expert clinicians gave largely favorable ratings to content on several common occupational disorders.
