Abstract
This present research investigates, simulates, and models the transport ethane fluid in different phases. The applied technical, operational, and technological facilities, limitations, and economic estimation have been in various PVT thermodynamic conditions according to several states of fluid that will directly affect the transport volume. In these plans, different limitations of loading, storing, transporting, and unloading have been evaluated to transport the gaseous or liquid ethane. The simulators such as Aspen HYSY, Refprop, Aspen Capital Cost Estimator and Pipesim have been used for the assessment of processing, the thermodynamic, economical, loading, and unloading conditions. The results indicated that the mixture of fluid transport in the gaseous and compressed phase will be less costly. The best condition of transporting is almost 80 bar pressure and the temperature of 40 °C. The cost of loading, storing, transporting, and unloading has been 135 dollars/ton.
