Abstract

Tricuspid paravalvular leaks are uncommon and experience with tackling such cases is limited. There are few case reports in the literature and multiple variations in the techniques used. We highlight the step-by-step methods for performing percutaneous closure of tricuspid paravalvular leaks and discuss the important technical considerations for this complex procedure. A case is used as a practical illustration.
