Abstract
The paper considers a theoretical solution of the technical state estimation of protective hermetic shells. It proposes a solution duplicating the regular system that is independent of the time factor and is intended to determine and assess the stress-strain state of the protective hermetic shells during the acceptance and delivery period. The proposed approach increases the knowledge reliability of the shell current state which increases the NPP operation safety.
