Abstract
loco-regional+distant, n1⁄422, 19.0%). Median time to recurrence was 9.9 months (IQR 4.4-24.6 months). Several factors were associated with loco-regional recurrence including left sided ACC location (odds ratio (OR) 2.70, 95% CI 1.06-6.86) and T-stage III/IV (reference T-stage I/II, OR 3.19, 95% CI 1.25-8.12)(both p<0.05). Distant recurrence was associated with larger tumor size (OR 1.12, 95% CI 1.01-1.25) and T-stage III/IV (reference T-stage I/II, OR 5.44, 95% CI 1.70-16.72)(both p<0.05). Patients with combined loco-regional+distant recurrence had worse survival (3and 5-year survival: 39.5%, 19.7%) vs patients with distant only (3and 5year survival: 55.1%, 43.3%) or loco-regional only recurrence (3and 5-year survival: 81.4%, 64.1%)(p1⁄40.01).
