Abstract
Basic principles of construction of medical electronic passport have been considered. It has been suggested for storage of medical information on portable transmitters to use multilevel access to data. Possibility of the use of optical transmitters and flash has been investigated - stores for storage of medical information. On basis of flash memory and corresponding microcontroller the transmitter of medical electronic passport has been built. Internal microcontroller software which realizes multilevel access to medical data and does impossible their editing or moving away has been worked out.
