Abstract
First of all, the structure characteristics and evaluating indexes of the team are analyzed. And then this paper defines team's internal social capital on the framework of definition of social capital which Ghoshal made, and defines team's middle social capital on the framework of the position of team on network inside the organization, and defines team's external social capital on the framework of relations with external entities. Finally, the impact of the internal/middle/external social capital on team performance is discussed respectively.
