Abstract

In the special context of entrepreneurship, employability skill development, Higher Education 2.0 and the Kovalam Declaration 2016, the present article presents a brief review of genres of teaching strategies at higher education level and attempts to bring to the attention of the readers an account of the teaching strategies adopted by teachers at higher education level in Kerala. The findings of the study highlight the need for popularizing technology-based teaching strategies. The investigation was carried out among a stratified random sample of 47 teachers from Arts and Science Colleges affiliated to University of Calicut in Kerala. The study followed the survey method and interview technique.
