Guests were given a special “fair-ticket” that required signatures from each poster presenter, guaranteeing that he/she took the time and looked at each poster. The learning experience focused on relevant day-to-day infection prevention and control concepts, making the material understandable, memorable to engage the participant. RESULTS: Peer-to-peer learning added a dimension of excitement and collaboration for the presenters, the IP Champions. This was the biggest draw of employees to any infection prevention inservice or educational event.
