Abstract

This project advances the teaching of Oral Organisational Storytelling skills in large-scale corporate environments. The study examines the efficacy of a conceptual framework for Organisational Storytelling – “The Storytelling Pathway”. This framework unifies methods of oral organisational storytelling practice from identification, to creation, to delivery to assessment. This framework assists not only the storyteller but those who are responsible for teaching this skill in classroom settings or when developing technology to assist storytellers.
