The Teaching Neuro Image by Drs. Turkeltaub and Graves1 illustrates 2 cases of hemorrhage associated with reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS). However, the authors state that “the co-occurrence of RPLS should be considered in patients with acute hypertension and ICH or SAH.” This may mislead readers.
