Abstract
A 56-year-old woman presented with involuntary left arm and leg movements. MRI with gadolinium revealed a heterogeneously enhancing, extra-axial mass at the right frontoparietal convexity, causing mass effect, vasogenic edema, and dural thickening (figure).
