Introduction

In Indonesia, have grown to be media industry in which they compete tightly to each other to be the first in reporting events or issues (Haryanto, 2011). On the basis of the above description, the CIPP evaluation model was chosen as the approach to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching model applied at the MCSP, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta, Indonesia. This decision is based on the fact that this model has been used to evaluate in wide range of educational projects (Chien, Lee, & Cheng, 2007; Combs, Gibson, Hays, Saly, & Wendt, 2008; Felix, 1979; Matthews & Hudson, 2001; Nicholson, 1989; Osokoya & Adekunle, 2007; Steinert, Cruess, Cruess, & Snell, 2005; see Zhang et al, 2011)
