Abstract

Several highly teachable cases for the course in Criminal Law are discussed in detail, divided into those dealing with the mental requirement for crime, the act requirement, and affirmative defenses. These decisions come from both federal and state courts, with a focus on Florida (where the author, now retired, taught for over three decades).
