Abstract

In this chapter the teaching and learning of business ethics and corporate governance is discussed especially within the international context. More and more students study in an overseas higher education institution and, naturally, students coming from different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities react differently to the teaching and learning of ethics and corporate governance. We debate the importance of these subjects in the modern world, and different teaching and learning techniques are offered. The challenges faced by international students in understanding and assimilating ethics and corporate governance are explored as well as how educators tackle these issues within the international context.
