Abstract

The paleolithic diet is a nutritional plan consisting primarily of grass-fed pasture-raised meats, seafood, vegetables, and secondarily fruits, seeds, eggs, and nuts which mimics the diet consumed by our pre-agricultural, hunter-gatherer ancestors. The diet has been shown to promote weight loss.
