Abstract
A 58-year-old man with gastric polyposis and hypoalbuminemia underwent abdominal imaging with Tc-99m human serum albumin (HSA). This study indicated protein-losing gastroenteropathy, and protein loss from gastric polyps was suspected. After total gastrectomy, hypoalbuminemia was improved, and follow-up Tc-99m HSA imaging confirmed remission of the disease.
