Abstract
ABSTRACT A survey of patients' knowledge of and resources for combating tuberculosis (TB) since the advent of HIV in Lesotho reveals unequal access to resources and confusion of symptoms among TB, HIV/AIDS, and sejeso (an illness attributed to witchcraft). The findings suggest the need for improved health education and resource allocation.
