Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has many ethnicities, tribes, languages, and cultures. So that this diversity makes Indonesia must be extra in maintaining harmony, spreading conflicts, and being able to appreciate one culture with another. One of the things that can be done is to instill awareness by referring to and making the text of the holy book of Muslims (the Qur'an) the foundation of a religious society. This article is library research, with the Qur'an as a primary source. Compiled based on descriptive methods and applying the theory of munasabat al-ayat (verse relations). From the point of view of the Qur'an, it can be understood that the life of a plural society has existed for a long time, and it is a natural nature (sunnatullah) that should be understood by humans. In addition, in the implementation of the Indonesian context, there are solutions offered by the Qur'an in creating a pluralist society of various elements. The First concept is Shura (dialogical). The second concept is Islah (peace). These two concepts can be applied to the life of a plural Indonesian society to spread conflicts and disputes, both in religion, tribalism, and certain social cultures.
