Abstract

In the present study, HSQC-based Small Molecule Accurate Recognition Technology (SMART) strategy discovery of diverse cytotoxic isoquinolines. Two new isoquinoline alkaloids, corydalisines A and B (1 and 14), along with 17 known isoquinoline alkaloids (2-13, 15-19) were obtained from Corydalis saxicola. The structures were characterized using spectroscopic data analysis (NMR, HR-ESI-MS, IR, UV and X-ray diffraction), and the absolute configurations of new compounds were established by ECD data analysis. Biologically, Compounds 3, 7, and 17-19 exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against six human cancer cell lines, with IC50 values of 4.16-48.66 μM.
