Abstract
Molecular biology technology has been used in diagnosis of Myeobacterium infection. Hsp65 gene, dnaJ gene, 16SrRNA and 16S-23SrRNA are widely used as target sequences. IS6110 gene, spacer oligonucleotides,rpoB gene and mRNA are genus specific or species specific sequences,which can be used in Mycobaeterium tuberculosis differential diagnosis and detection of drug resistance. The paper summarise the DNA sequences used for discrimination of Mycobacterium. Key words: Mycobacterium; Moleeular biology; Differential diagnosis
