Abstract

The influence of some characteristics of the produced targets on the precision of nuclear physics measurements is discussed. Even-even Ni isotopes, 88Sr, 90Zr and 92Mo targets were prepared for use in the study of isotopic and isotonic dependence of the nuclear ion-ion potential. 10B and 11B targets were prepared for fusion reaction measurements. The techniques to fabricate special Sb and Te targets, used in the Recoil Distance Method to measure picoseconds lifetimes, will also be described. Triple targets of Tb were fabricated to be used in magnetic moment measurements with the transient magnetic field technique.
