Abstract
AbstractA tandem hydrogenation / phosphorylation reactions with 3‐substituted 2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyranes and diethyl phosphorochloridate is described. The reaction proceeds with high regioselectivity for the O‐phosphorylation product in very good yield. Bromo derivatives of the studied 2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyranes were applied in phosphorylation reaction under Arbuzov reaction conditions, affording O‐phosphorylation product. One‐pot reactions with electrophiles as ethyl chloroformate and N‐bromosuccinimide are also reported.
