Abstract

Background: In acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), studies comparing multiparameter flow cytometry (MFC) and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) measurable residual disease (MRD) assessment have shown varying concordance rates. Fewer studies have examined the concordance between MFC and qPCR MRD and its prognostic impact.
