Abstract

The Sangam Tamil people lived in the worship and respect of nature and worshipped as Lord. These blend in with the natural environment. They have preserved and lived a harmonious life. This information can be gleaned from the verses, hymns, and meat objects found in the songs sung by the Sangam poets in the Ettuthogai Noolgal. Although the name bird is given to all flying creatures in Sangam Texts, it is often said to belong to the point of laying eggs and hatching. The Dragonfly, beetle, etc. are also given the name of the flying bird. That is the case with minorities. The Sangam texts show that the name ' Pull' is derived from what is now considered a bird. The purpose of this article is to explore how birds and native life came to be found in the wild. Today many bird species are extinct. This article aim of creating a future idea of conserving bird species.

தற்ோைத்தில் பபரும்பாலும் யாவருக்கும் பதரிந்த நீர்ப்பைறவேளான நாறையும் போக்கும் சங்ே நூல்ேளில் பை பாைல்ேளில் கூைப்படுேின்ைன. பைறவ நூற்படி நாறையும், போக்கும் ஓகை இனப் பைறவேளாயினும் பவவ்கவறு பைறவேளாகும். நாறை என்ை பபயர் சங்ே நூல்ேளில் தனியாே ஒரு வறேப் பைறவறயக் குைித்து வருேிைது. ஆனால் அகத பைறவயின் பபயர் பசவ்வரிநாறை, பபருநாறை, பசங்ோல்நாறை என்ை பபயர்ேளில் பபாதுப்பபயைாேவும் இனப்பபயைாேவும் வழங்ேியறதயும் ோண்ேிகைாம். தற்ோைத்தில் பபரும்பாலும் யாவருக்கும் பதரிந்த நீர்ப்பைறவேளான நாறையும் போக்கும் சங்ே நூல்ேளில் பை பாைல்ேளில் கூைப்படுேின்ைன. நாறை என்ை பபயர் சங்ே நூல்ேளில் தனியாே ஒரு வறேப் பைறவறயக் குைித்து வருேிைது. ஆனால் அகத பைறவயின் பபயர் பசவ்வரிநாறை, பபருநாறை, பசங்ோல்நாறை என்ை பபயர்ேளில் பபாதுப்பபயைாேவும் இனப்பபயைாேவும் வழங்ேியறதயும் ோண்ேிகைாம். நாறைறய நீர் நிறைேளில் முக்ேியமாே ேைற்ேறைக் ேழிேளில் எளிதில் பார்க்ேைாம். நாறைேறளக் ேைற்ேறைக் ேழிேளிலும், பபாய்றேேளிலும், மருத நிைத்துக் ேழனிேளிலும் ேண்டு பாடியுள்ளனர். ேழனி நாறை, பழன நாறை என்று அறழக்ேின்ைனர் (Saminatha Iyer, 2007). போக்கு என்ை பைறவறய நாட்டு மக்ேள் நன்கு அைிவர். பவள்றளக் போக்கு என்ைறழக்ேப்படும் பவண்குருகுேள் உைல் முழுவதும் தூய பவள்றளயாேக் ோணப்படும். ஆனால் போக்ேிற்கு அடிப்பாேம் தூய பவள்றளயாேக் ோணப்படுவதால் போக்றே பவள்றள நிைமுறையது என்று ேருதுேின்ைனர். சங்ே நூல்ேளில் போக்ேின் நிைத்றத பவள்றள நிைபமன்றும், பழுப்பு நிைம் மிகுந்த வாலும், முன் ேழுத்தும், முன் சிைகும் பவண்றமயாேக் இருக்கும் என்றும் பாடியுள்ளனர். ஆம்பல் குவிந்திருந்த கபாது கதான்றும் நிறை போக்ேின் கூம்பு நிறை கபாை இருந்ததாேச் சங்ேப் புைவர்ேள் உவமித்துள்ளனர் (Saminatha Iyer, 2007).
