Abstract

This paper discusses in detail the growth trend of China's elderly population and the challenges posed by aging to society.It points out the shortcomings of current senior smart home products, especially in meeting the specific needs of the elderly. The current situation of the development of senior smart home is analysed, highlighting the needs in terms of safety monitoring, health management, life convenience and social interaction. At the same time, the future development prospects of senior smart homes are envisioned, highlighting the importance of the deep integration of Internet technology, humanised design, safety, security and environmental adaptability, as well as social interaction and entertainment. Overall, the article concludes that the senior smart home market has a broad development prospect, and with the advancement of technology and the continuous improvement of design, it enables the elderly to enjoy the convenience brought by technology without restriction.
