Today's almost every growing organization prioritizes this as one of the most important agenda of their competitive and growth strategy. It is also evident that, though not every organization has understood and worked upon or else is supported by predictive or prescriptive sort of analysis but still building upon it is the only future option and alternative available to ensure success. Talent analytics ensures and assures a successful and employee driven culture HR organizations since it will result into doubling the employee talent engagement, improve revenue, and dramatically increase almost every business measure by making better people decisions. Understanding the relevance and challenge that big data has brought to organization, it has become imperative that managing big data and analyzing the problem and devising strategy to overcome the same has become significant.
