Abstract

The description of the developed system of making design decisions in computer-aided design of electronic computing equipment (ECE) is given. The basic principles of software development systems are systemic unity, development, compatibility and standardization. The system allows calculating, exploring the interrelationships and interdependencies of the parameters of the ECE modules, evaluating the set of design solutions and making an informed choice of the design decision of the ECE module from among the many alternatives, and can also be used for design training. The prognostic evaluation and optimization of metric, topological and structural parameters of the structurally functional ECE module in the system is carried out on the basis of the developed multilevel mathematical model for calculating the parameters of the module, which combines many elementary models. In the process of choosing design solutions in the system, for the conditions of certainty of the initial information about the ECE module, the lexicographic ordering method is used. For the conditions of uncertainty, at the first stage, a set of rational design decisions is determined on the basis of formal methods, and at the second stage a basic design decision is made on the basis of expert procedures. At the same time, the method of analysis of payment matrices with the selection of the main criterion and the method of analyzing hierarchies, respectively, are more effective.
