Abstract
ABSTRACT The author provides an insider's perspective on business librarianship in a public library setting. This article serves as an introduction to this often-overlooked career path for students enrolled in graduate programs in library and information science, recent graduates of these programs, and experienced librarians (especially those with an aptitude for business librarianship) interested in transitioning to public librarianship.
