Abstract
For the first time, a method has been developed for preparing tri-conjugated enynes through highly selective cascade alkynylation catalysed by SPO-Pd-NPs. Key to success was the design and utilization of the new palladium nanoparticle, which permits the palladium-catalyzed selective cascade alkynylation under air conditions, providing a general preparation of functionalized tri-cross-conjugated enynes in good-to-high yields with excellent chemoselectivities. Benefitting from the heterogeneous manner, successful recycling of the catalysts was further achieved with high reaction efficiency maintained.
