Abstract

The covered reconstruction of aortic bifurcation (CERAB) technique is a feasible approach for extensive aortoiliac obstructive disease. Some limitations were observed in the wide aortic lumen, with a maximum diameter at the proximal landing zone >16 mm. In these cases, unimodular stent graft deployment (AFX Unibody) might overcome these limitations to obtain anatomic reconstruction of the aortic bifurcation. This study evaluated the outcomes of endovascular recanalizations on aortoiliac obstructions using the CERAB technique and unimodular stent grafts.
