Abstract

Twelve patients (17 feet) with a painful bunionette were treated by reversed Mitchell osteotomy. Ten patients (14 feet) were reviewed 48 months postoperatively. Of the patients reviewed, 9 out of 10 were satisfied with the end result, but the complication rate is higher than that reported for other simpler procedures.
