Abstract

Inflammaging is associated with chronic diseases, but tissue-specific changes in the immune system remain unknown. In this issue of Immunity, Mogilenko etal. use single-cell RNA sequencing, flow cytometry, and mass cytometry to describe age-related differences, including the accumulation of age-associated Tcells that contribute to inflammaging.
