Abstract
Endoscopic resection is limited to mucosal cancer as it cannot assess nodal disease. ICG, which absorbs infra-red rays, is used with IRE to guide sentinel node biopsy in cancer surgery. Its use in endoscopic nodal detection has not been described. This is a dose response study to find the minimum ICG concentration for lymphatic imaging.
