Abstract
Ho Chi Minh always upholds the role of teachers in society, because they are the ones who are responsible for training and fostering the young generation with noble qualities and creative abilities suitable for development. development and social progress. Therefore, teachers need to constantly improve their talents and moral qualities. Ethics of teachers according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology include: 1) Having the responsibility to serve the Fatherland associated with serving the people; 2) Must have love for students and love for the profession; 3) Must constantly make efforts to study, improve comprehensive capacity; 4) Must have a spirit of solidarity; 5) Must set a moral example; 6) To cultivate and practice morality regularly and throughout life; 7) Must have the spirit to overcome difficulties. On that basis, the article clarifies the application of Ho Chi Minh's ideology in fostering teacher ethics, meeting the requirements of education and training reform in the current period.
