Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in providing investment advisory services to individual and institutional investors through the sponsored T. Rowe Price mutual funds and other investment portfolios. Co.'s assets under management are sourced approximately 20.0% to 30.0% from each of the following: third‐party financial intermediaries that distribute its managed investment portfolios in the U.S. and foreign countries, individual U.S. investors, U.S. defined contribution retirement plans, and institutional investors in the U.S. and foreign countries.
