Abstract
After nine years (the maximum three consecutive terms) on the Editorial Board of IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices (T-ED), Professor Leda Lunardi of North Carolina State University and Professor Ramgopal Rao of the India Institute of Technology Bombay will be stepping down from their Associate Editor positions in Optoelectronic Devices and MOS Devices and Technology, respectively. After six years on the Editorial Board of T-ED, Dr. John Suehle of the National Institute of Standards and Technology will be stepping down from his Associate Editor position in Reliability. We, as an EDS community, are in their debt. Please join me in wishing them the very best in their future endeavors.
