Abstract

The resistivity is calculated for an extended two-channel Anderson model in which an extra local spin interacts with electrons through the antiferromagnetic coupling. It shows the logarithmic decrease with decreasing temperature and T ½ dependence at very low temperatures. The susceptibility shows the logarithmic divergence. Results of the calculation support explanations of the anomalous properties of some dilute U alloys on the basis of the non-Fermi liquid behaviors of the two-channel Kondo model type.
