Abstract
In this paper, we want to show you how the systems analysis of automatic machinery is done. It is our plan to take you through the concept stage of the automatic machine and show how we determine what the automatic machine is supposed to do. In doing this, we will review the use of operations research techniques in analyzing a typical glass process.After we have reduced the process to unit tasks for solution we plan to discuss the latest control systems used in an automatic machine. Our approach will be to discuss these control methods from the standpoint of describing why they are chosen for the application.
