Abstract

Idiopathic intestinal inflammatory diseases (IID) include two types of chronic intestinal disorders: Crohn’s disease and ulcerative rectocolitis. Evidence suggests that the IID is derived from the loss of immune tolerance in normal enteric bacteria diners in a genetically susceptible host.
