Abstract
Die Neuentwicklung eines standardisierten MRT-Untersuchungsbogens hatte die Zielsetzung, ein systematisches Vorgehen bei der Auswertung von MR-Tomogrammen des Kiefergelenks unter Berücksichtigung sämtlicher Haupt- und Nebenbefunde zu etablieren. Das Befundblatt nimmt anhand von 14 Kriterien eine detaillierte Einstufung der Morphologie des Kondylus, der Fossa, des Tuberculum articulare und des Diskus sowie eine Beurteilung der Kondylus-Fossa-Relation (sagittal, vertikal) und der Diskusposition in zwei Ebenen jeweils bei geschlossenem und geöffnetem Mund vor. Zudem erfolgt eine Bewertung der Signalgebung bei T2-Wichtung im Bereich des Kondylus, des Gelenkspaltes und der bilaminären Zone vor allem im Hinblick auf intraartikuläre Flüssigkeitsansammlungen.
